How long will it take to get my Kustom Item?
We know how exciting it is to order a Kustom gift, and acknowledge you are anxiously awaiting its arrival! Items listed as “in stock” and “ready for Kustomization” will ship out within five (5) business days of your order. Depending on your location, it may take up to a week more for your item to arrive to you Per your selected shipping option. Items that are “Kustom Made” will take ten business days on average. Large quantities, team orders, and Kustom art orders will have a ship date on your written estimate.
Can I get my item faster?
Some items MAY be able to be expedited for a small charge. If you are in a rush, please reach out to us via email and we will see what we can do for you!
I ordered a Kustom item, but change my mind, can I return it?
Unfortunately, no. All items are made to order and cannot be returned once shipped. Please check spelling and size selection carefully prior to the finalization of your order.
I ordered a Kustom item, and is it defective, what should I do?
Variations In size, color, font and material are considered characteristics of a handmade item, NOT a defect. We do our best to make sure every item that goes out the door has been quality inspected prior to being packaged. However, if your item has an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so we may make it right!
How do I care for my item?
Please visit our
WASHING INTRUCTIONS page for care instructions on most of our items. If you item requires special care, an additional care card should be included in your package.
My item description says there might be substitutions. Will I get less than what I paid for?
Absolutely NOT! We are still finding some of our favorite items hard to come by. If this happens with your order on an item that we do not produce completely in house (premade shirt blanks, cups, hats, etc.) we will select an item that is comparable, or often "better" than the price point of the current item. Many of our items descriptions have been updated to say Unisex, Ladies, Youth, or Junior fit, in place of a specific shirt style, to allow us to fill orders efficiently with the items that are available as orders are placed. If we have any question that a substitution is materially different, we will reach out directly for approval before making any changes. Items that list a specific Brand or Style number, like team warm up jackets or brand name sweatshirts, WILL NOT be substituted without consent; however will be subject to possible back order.

Our rates for fundraising vary based on the types of items you're interested in selling, the projected quantity you anticipate selling, and whether you prefer to order as a group or have your own dedicated store on our website.

Why are the prices in my team store different than another team's store for a similar item?
Determining the price for each item involves considering various factors, such as the requested turnaround time, the anticipated number of sales, the agreed-upon percentage of profit, and the chosen delivery options. Due to these variables, no two items will have identical pricing.
